Tim Miller, Executive Director, UK Gambling Commission

Future-proofing Through Collaboration

Executive Director at the UK Gambling Commission and one of this year’s keynote speakers at New Horizons, Tim Miller joined the commission in August 2016, and was previously Head of Policy and Communications at the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. Miller was at the helm of a three-year strategic plan to reduce gambling harms that would drive better, faster and more significant progress with a positive impact.

Misha Glouberman, Faculty Director, Ivey Academy at Western University’s Ivey Business School

Making Connections for Keeps

The second keynote speaker was Misha Glouberman, a faculty director at the Ivey Academy, which is an executive education program at Western University’s Ivey Business School. Speaker, facilitator and designer of participatory events, he helps groups of people collaborate whether they’re at conferences, work, or anywhere they meet. Help facilitates and encourages vital conversations that help resolve conflict, so people are able to make better decisions together.
