View from the Top: Leadership Perspectives on Responsible Gambling

The gambling industry has a long history of providing unique entertainment experiences for players around the world. From changing demographics to economic fluctuations to increased scrutiny and regulation, it also faces its share of challenges.

In this exclusive event, join Jim Lightbody, BCLC President & CEO, along with Alan Feldman, VP of Global Industry Affairs, MGM Resorts, as they discuss their experiences in leading influential and high-performing organisations. This conversation will include a leadership-level perspective on how the industry is supporting socially responsible business practices, what issues business and policymakers need to address together, and how best practices are evolving to improve the player experience.
